Have you found your dream house? The most common time to conduct a home inspection is after signing a purchase & sales agreement on that property you've fallen in love with. Let Martin Home Services help you determine if that dream home has any hidden problems that can turn into nightmares.
Are you considering selling your home? Before listing your property on the MLS, you will want to have Martin Home Services inspect your property to find problems that may deter buyers. We can help you maximize your profit and streamline the sales process by addressing issues in advance.
Did you waive your right to a home inspection during the purchase process because of a high-pressure real estate market? Now that you are getting settled in your new home, let Martin Home Services conduct a full inspection of your property to find issues that may need to be addressed.
Have you lived in your home for years... but now expect to have grandkids visit?
Are you concerned about your folks living in a home that may not be up to the safety standards they now need?
Let Martin Home Services inspect the home for safety issues. While we could never guarantee to find every issue, we will look for things that may not have been standard back when the house was built but are known safety issues identified in today's standards.
That inspection you had done when you bought your home 15 years ago was great, but things change and homes age. Let Martin Home Services tell you if there are repairs or updates in order. We help you be proactive in planning for maintenance needs.
We are licensed by the FAA for commercial drone operation under "14 CFR Part 107 Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems" for a close-up look at the roof's condition.
We use the right tools for the job. From temperature and moisture sensors to GFCI outlet testers, water pressure meters, and the latest mobile reporting software, we will do our best to identify potential issues.
We offer extensive lab-based testing options for airborne Radon detection and water analysis.
Includes visual inspection of the premises and home systems, drone roof inspection (airspace and weather permitting), and detailed report.
