Residential NH Home Inspection
Includes visual inspection of the premises and home systems, drone roof inspection (airspace and weather permitting), and detailed report.
Square footage per MLS or equivalent listing:
Up to 1000 sq. ft. $350
1000 - 2000 sq. ft. $400
2000 - 3000 sq. ft. $425
3000 - 4000 sq. ft. $450
4000+ sq. ft. $450 + $40 per 1000 sq. ft.
Add $75 for homes more than 100 years old
All pricing is for southern NH. We are happy to inspect homes farther north but may need to add a small travel charge to the quote given after you schedule service.
Radon in Air Testing
Two test units and laboratory report. $150

Water Testing
Includes sampling and laboratory report from a local, accredited lab.
Basic: $125
Basic water testing includes: Coliform Bacteria, E. coli Bacteria, pH, Hardness, Nitrate, Nitrite, Chloride, Calcium, Sodium, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium, and Fluoride.
Deluxe: $225
Deluxe water testing includes: Coliform and E. coli Bacteria, pH, Hardness, Nitrate, Nitrite, Chloride, Calcium, Sodium, Iron, Manganese, Magnesium, Fluoride, Copper, Lead, Arsenic and Radon in Water.
